Where did your band’s name come from?

 

Lets us know where your band name came from.

Will Cornell…..Interesting site…but so many of these bands post-date 1990 which kinda means while you look it over you think “Who? Oh well, onto the next one”. Wish it was alphabetized too. Oh, and they left out a veteran covers-only bar band from the Denver area I heard named “Free Beer”. As in sign outside along the hiway reads “Tonite only: ….”

John Storer….Love the Steely Dan entry … contains very rare footage of original singer David Palmer. Shows them apparently performing live, but Palmer is obviously miming because he is singing with Donald Fagen’s voice! Our accountant was in a band in his youth … they were called “+ support” … they seemed to have played with all the big names LOL
