Sarah Harvey… More sad news

Alan Esdaile… Again not that old. Sad news

Robert Searle… Sad news a great front man and vocalist/bass player. RIP John Wetton

Ernest Ballard… Saw him with Asia in Cornwall about 7 years ago. Amazing singer bass and front man. I’m a bit shocked at this news today. RIP Mr King Crimson Wetton

Chris Giles… Crikey not that much older than me ..it is getting sad and scary

Wendy Weaver… So sad. RIP

Alan Wood… Oh no !!!! Saw Asia a couple of years ago 😩😩 R I P

Dennis Torrance… Just no letting up in people grieving for loved ones sad RIP John Wetton

Dave Weeks… Another legend lost.

Chris Sambrook… John Wetton had an impressive C.V. Mogul Thrash, UK,Roxy Music, Uriah Heep, Wishbone Ash, Family and Asia. Bournemouth have lost 2 well known Players within 2 months, Greg Lake passing away in December 2016. R.I.P.

Iain Cobby… Just had to say something . I saw John with his own band some years ago at the Astoria. His freinds Phil Manzanera and Mike Rutherford were there with their wives. He played a set of songs from all the bands he had been in. What a great vox. He was on King Crimsons Red album and played with Steve Hacket on tour. He was also a great writer of songs such as behind the battle lines. The world has lost a great talent. RIP

Clive Richardson… Really interesting musician from the Man stable. Remember moving their equipment on the pier. Very good gig.

Kevin Sherwood… This is terrible news, excellent guitarist for Man and his own band Iceberg. I was always a big fan one of my favourite gigs was seeing both bands on the pier on the Up for the Day tour. A brilliant funny author, read any of his books of life on road with Man they are a joy. I still play his music regularly to this day now feel a need to play some more, a very sad loss.

Alan Esdaile… R.I.P. Deke Leonard.

Sarah Harvey… And the sad new continues……oh dear

Jan Warren… Loved “Man”!! – R.I.P. Deke Leonard 🙁

Jennie Tocock…

Pete Fisher… Got to see them back in 1975 at the Roundhouse…

Jennie Tocock… Me too.

Chris Sambrook… Very sorry to read Roger [Deke] Leonard has passed away. Listening to Spunk Rock live at the Round House 1972. One of my favourite Jamming tracks. Check out God Walking Past DVD with loads of interviews with Deke Leonard. Should still be available from Effigy Music.

Clive Richardson… Remembering the gig on the pier. Deke finishes the set with the track with the GREAT riff ‘7171 551’ Everyone was going berserk with excitement. Great gig.
