We’re pleased to announce a very special event for Hastings Pier on Saturday 26th August 2017 with Britpop legends OCEAN COLOUR SCENE.

DAY TRIPPER is a unique one-day open-air event on the pier head of Hastings Pier curated by OCEAN COLOUR SCENE themselves and will see the band perform their seminal 1996 breakthrough album Moseley Shoals in full plus a selection of their greatest hits.

Joining them on this special bill will be the hugely successful and longstanding Beatles tribute THE BOOTLEG BEATLES and legendary Joy Division and New Order bassist Peter Hook’s band PETER HOOK AND THE LIGHT who will be performing the greatest hits of illustrious career.

Nick Prince… With one whole original member… I won’t be there. Also Bobby Farrel’s voice was never used on any of their recordings. It transpired years later that the same session singer whose voice was dubbed on Millie Vanilli was the same singer who provided Farrell’s on Boney M’s stuff. Also what is the bloody point of the song Belfast?
