ABC Acoustic Blues Club – Robert Johnson tribute – The Jenny Lind 10th Oct 2022

Robert Leroy Johnson was born in Hazlehurst Mississippi in 1911. Though he died aged only 27 the recordings he made in 1936/37 have influenced blues and rock ever since. Come and join us as one of the finest interpreters of his music performs a tribute set of his songs. Roger Hubbard plus Mick Knight, Jem Turpin, Trev White and Andy Ingram.

Roger Simmonds… Happy days ,I used to work with Ted Lee, at scientific optics and go fishing with him!
