Tim Bruce….£1.25!

Peter Fairless… Nice one, Alan!

Pete Houghton… A fantastic show from Judas. Priest one of the best I have seen on the pier and when they did take on the world and the light shone behind the drum kit what an effect, awesome gig and afterwards the band signed my poster

Judas Priest – Sin After Sin tour – 21st May 1977 Hastings didn’t happen.

Anyone know why this gig did not happen? On this date on Hastings Pier was The Damned and The Adverts.

David Jenkins… One of my favourite bands

Shaun Pont… The Damned and Adverts gig was a rescheduled as the original date was cancelled. In 1978 Hawkwind and Sham 69 were both booked to play the Pier on the same date. Sham played supported by The Cimarons.

Mark Randall… This date even appears on set list.fm – but presumably taken from poster dates

Malcolm Cooper… Does anyone on here know who supported Judas Priest in 1977, UK tour?

Mark Rymell… Played the year before 23rd April with Zippa advertised as support.

Judas Priest Rocka’Rolla tour – Hastings Pier 20th September 1974?

Alan Esdaile… did this date happen?

Peter Houghton… I Don’t think it was They did play the pier have to check the poster they signed for me

Rob Grain… I was at Gravesend Woodville Halls, they were opening for Budgie.

Nigel Ford… I saw them two years before this at Crawley Top Rank as they were supporting Budgie even then who’s van broke down on the way so the Priest came out and did their set again, much to our relief as although not heard of them before that, was very impressed and still have this album today that I have played tracks off on HR in the past. No stage at that venue, all up close on the same level.
