Pete Millington… All cost around £150.00 each back in early 1964 – broke the bank for a couple of years I can tell you! I expect someone can do the maths as to what £150.00 would be now – gulp!
Gerry Fortsch… John Conroy sang with my old band The Earl Dee Sound for while after this, what a nice guy and a good singer and mover. John sang with myself Graham Bradley and Paul Ritchie prior to his move to Canada, I think that Graham stayed in contact with him.
Pete Millington… He lives in a town called Midland which is on the lake north of Toronto. There’s a video of him singing some blues in a studio in 1974. I’m sure that it’ll pop up if you search John Conroy Toronto, Red House in studio.
Val Shoesmith… Remember these well. Church hall dances is Wishing Tree Road.
